Just as if you were in the presence of a specialist, saving you time and travel, the Clínica Ojeda video consultation service allows you to choose the doctor and the time through a completely secure platform that complies with current regulations on the protection of personal data confidentiality. You can also email us medical reports in advance so they can be evaluated by the doctor beforehand.

This will allow your doctor to have all the necessary information to make a more efficient and accurate diagnosis and, if necessary, prescribe treatment or order additional tests. All from the comfort of your home or work.

IF YOU ARE NOT YET REGISTERED ON THE CLÍNICA OJEDA PATIENT PORTAL:

1. Access our online appointment portal and click on “I am not a patient yet”.

2. Fill out the form fields and read and accept our privacy policy. 

3. Once logged in, select “Solicitar una cita ” (Request an appointment) and, in the new window, select “Videoconsultas” (videoconsultation) in the field “especialidad”. In the field “profesional”, select the doctor with whom you wish to schedule the appointment, and then click “Siguiente.” In the new window, select the date and time that best suits you, from the available appointments, and confirm the appointment.

4. A few days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email with a personal information form, which we will ask you to return completed and signed, along with instructions for connecting with your doctor the appointment date.

5. In the meantime, if you wish, you can send us an e-mail to contacto@clinicaojeda.es with any medical documentation you consider relevant to include in your medical history and the reason for your appointment. (Please try to do so a few days before your appointment so the doctor has time to review it.)

6. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so from your registered account on our patient portal.

IF ​​YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED ON THE CLÍNICA OJEDA PATIENT PORTAL:

1. Log in to our online appointment portal with your credentials.

2. Once logged in, select “Solicitar una cita” (Request an Appointment) and in the new window, select ” Videoconsultas” in the field “especialidad”. In the field “profesional”, select the doctor with whom you wish to schedule the appointment, and then click “Siguiente.” In the new window, select the date and time that best suits you, from the available appointments, and confirm the appointment.
